The Funny Pages Restaurant and Comedy Club may photograph, video record, audio record, or livestream events and activities occurring within public areas of the venue for security, promotional, marketing, and operational purposes.
By entering the premises or attending an event, guests consent to the use of their image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, videos, recordings, livestreams, advertisements, social media content, and other promotional materials without compensation or additional notice.
Guests should not expect privacy in public areas of the venue. Recording devices are not used in restrooms or other areas where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists.
